Paul A. Heintz, PLS|PE

Mr. Heintz has 21 years of experience in surveying and engineering. Obtaining his Wyoming PLS license in 2011 and following it up with PLS licenses in 6 other states in the Northern Rockies region and a Civil Engineers license in Wyoming. He has experience in property determination, ALTA/NSPS surveys, easements, subdivisions, civil design, construction staking, mining claims, oil/gas surveys, and legal descriptions.

Paul is the current South-Central Chapter PLSW president.

Steven Cowley

Mr. Cowley earned a B.S . in Geography from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2006. Since graduating he has worked in the Land Surveying & Civil Engineering disciplines on a wide range of projects in Wyoming, Montana, Nebraska and South Dakota. Being bored easily, Steven has developed skills in GIS and Spatial Analysis, High Definition Scanning (HDS), UAS Data Collection and Processing, Land Surveying and Geodetic Engineering, Civil Design, Web design and just about anything else he can get his hands on.
